Hello. Whenever I go to sign-up at filelist.org I get the error: "The current user account limit (0) has been reached. Inactive accounts are pruned all the time, please check back again later..." That makes no sense. Shouldn't the current user account limit be a random value like 100 or something.
No, it shouldn't. As long as registration isn't open, their user limit is 0, as there is no more room for new members...
