He deleted all my files, and now I can't use my xbox. Is there a way to fix this problem? I tryed to fix it by installing a hardmod but it eather didn't work or I did something wrong... Can some one please tell me if there is anything I can do to fix this problem..

So you installed a mod chip? That makes things much easier.

Get Slayer's Autoinstaller 2.6 and back up all your game saves (the UDATA and TDATA folders on E:\). Then reformat the hard drive, reinstall all the necessary apps, and transfer all your saves back over.

I would've recommended AID, but Slayer's felt much more straight forward.

Like I said, get Slayer's Autoinstaller.

With a modchip, you can get around all hard drive issues since the DVD drive gets boot priority.
