Thanks for the offer. I just bought a new Dell with a DVD burner, what program do I need to backup my DVD movies. I tried DVD X Copy, but could not get it to work. It kept saying drive not ready. I bought memorex DVD-RW since I do not know what I am doing.

You did not just pay $99 US for a program that does not even work did you? Anyways, use DVDDecrypter or Smartripper, they seem to be the best and most supported, I personaly prefer DVDDecrypter, but that is just my oppinion.

    Long,

Make sure you get your money back. I've bought DVDCOPY 3.0 from them and they never refunded me back since 2001.

Backing up DVD is as easy as 1,2, and 3
    and it's all FREE
Why spent $99 when it doesn't work
I don't mind spending $500 if it works like they said, but I really hate when they scam you. Take care

Well after installing DVDXCopy, you need to run "Drivers Install" included with DVDXCopy to update the DVDRW drivers!
