ok happy new year to all, i have latest ff,im on xp home sp3, ff has just stopped playing the audio on youtube..i can see video no problem! my speakers are ok, as i can hear and see video on IE...iv tried to update plugins but im getting a error message saying that 'c drive cant save the file because you cannot change the contents of that file'???? im confused...please help tnxz
Try going to your settings and set a new folder as your download folder. Is Java/JavaScript enabled? Then try to update Flash, etc. Hope that helps.
