Firmware Update Question

    I recently purchased a LDW 411s and the firmware on it is FS02 and I want to update it to FS0H. How long does it take for the program to complete this process? It says 100%, but still showing programming....... been that way for half an hour now. Any help will be appreciated greatly. BTW, very nice forum with alot of helpful tips (this is where I found out about the firmware update).

    Can nobody help me out? I could really use some advice.
