firmware updates not working help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    HI

    tried updating firmware, but the ones i thought were the right ones say not right, so i got ones that did install, only think they dont work,

    Any ideas

    i have a eurovox max box brought last year in may.

    It would help if you said what model you have (RED or BLUE) and what firmw@re you installed
