firmware upgrade

    hi i planned 2 update my k750i firmware to the w800i firmware i have a program etc but i was wondering if anyone had a guide on how to use se tool 2. i mean down to the basics like what the file extension is of the firmware. soz but i have never done anything like this.... just stick to muckin about with my psp really
