U currently update my Pioneer DVR-A07XLA/XLB firmware and i was just wondering what the firmware actually does to the Burner. I have heard that when the firmware has done it is possible to burn a Ritek DVD-R 4x at a 8x speed? is this true...? need some information about firmware really thanks!!!
Hi DaNcEGuy, If you go to this site and do so reading it will answer all your questions about firmware. They have a forum similar to Afterdawn but it is all about firmware and upgrades.
