First Time Install After Reinstall

    Using Daz 3d Studio animation software,I messed up all the setting. I uninstalled, deleted all files and folders, nothing changed!. Is it possible to get a fresh or first time install after you uninstall software? Thanks for your help.

    1. Did you use the programs uninstall routine or use Windows add/remove programs list?
    2. Did you restart the computer after uninstall? Many program changes need a reboot to fully work.
    3. Did you clean all temporary and junk files to get any leftover bits out? Use CCleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
    run the cleaner. then click the registry icon (under the broom-looking cleaner icon)
    and scan for issues.

    or do a system restore to before program was installed.

    I ran across this program PROCESS MONITOR, with P|M running, I installed my software, let P|M monitor the install. Then I uninstalled the software, open P|M and hightlighted all files assiocated with the uninstall, then deleted the files.Now I get first time install.
