Have not been able to back up the two Matrix movies. DVD x copy either locks up or states that movie is CSS encrypted. Any suggestions?
gary51, Here ya are, did them both this way (wish they would hurry with the last one) - Shrink download - http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_shrink.cfm Shrink Guide - http://www.chrismccann.co.uk/dvd_shrink_3.htm You'll need Nero on your PC - Shrink needs it to burn the DVD (automatically) for you - A 30-day, free, fully functional Nero 6 download can be had here: http://www.nero.com/us/631939541422774.php Let me know how you made out - and Welcome to the Neighborhood Pete (can't wait to see how pissed he's going to be when he sees how easy this was and then remembers that it was FREE to boot, He,he,he) Damn, I have an evil streak, He,he,he - Yea, I really do - _X_X_X_X_X_[small]The “old man” Pete (ö¿ô) Compaq 8000, Pent 4 CPU 2.84GHz, 1GB RAM. 340GB HD, 7200 (Maxtor 120, Western 200 & 20. 4 Drives, JLMS DVD ROM, HP DVD Writer 200j, Nec 4X DVD RW ND-1300A & AXV CD/DVD-ROM. Thanks, it's free you say, but the "Nero" is only good for 30 days so I presume you have to buy that? Thanks again.
Sorry Gary, But yea, after the 30-days they'll want some $$$$. HOWEVER, You can always "google" and buy a serial number for the older Nero 5.5 for about $10.00, you'll have a step or two more but it will still work well - it is a darn good burning program, worth the $$$$. Also look into RecordNow Max - another fine burning program Happy burning - Pete
I just copied the second one no problem. I had to install AnyDVD for Shreck thou coz it said it was CSS encripted but that did the job. Its a 21 day trial though.
Revolutions is set to be released on o4/o6/o4. Amazon reviews and imdb.com (Internet Movie Database) reviews are mixed.
um, rwg, is that release in june or april. just not sure where you're herralding from. DVD shrink burns with dvddecryptor now i noticed in a nother thread, so you can use two completely free proggies to back up your movies. I've backed up both movies using dvd shrink without any troubles.
[bold]DaOsT[/bold] Nah, i'm ozzie mate, tho i'm guessing from your post you're english? I was going to say pom, but just recently in New Zealand on a snowboarding trip in Queenstown, i was kicking around town with some english lads, we nearly got into a fight when i called one of them a pommie. Ofcourse he was more than willing to correct the dumb aussie convict.. Pohms stands for Prisoners Of Her Majesties Service. After he told me what it means i definately see why the english are called pohms, lol. I take it from your earlier post that the release is june, lol, just *edit* saw your post about may.
I don't know about "mixed reviews", had I been aware that it was a "To Be Continued", I may have had not purchased it at the beginning - "P"
(Wondering how these guys didn't get it, maybe they weren't around during the "Flash Gorden" days) It's how the end of the "Reloaded" left you - "with more to come" "P"
Oh, you mean those shows old people used to watch where a car would be driving off a cliff with the hero inside and will show him halfway down the cliff, yet the next week there is a new shot added where he jumps [bold]JUST[/bold] before the edge? LOL, i thought you meant the third one is to be continued... My bad.

LOL, the 04/06/04? That would be 4 bright, hot passings of a ridiculously hot sun on the six incredibly hot month of 2004. That's if you live in Queensland like me, i'm sure the rest of oz just says 4th of june, 2004. It's like september 11, you guys call it 9/11, but here it's 11/9, which isn't as catchy, so we just say september 11. Oh, no disrespect intended to anyones memories about that, i'm not making light of 9/11. But that said we ozzies are pretty much mongrels, so we adapt easily, lol. RWG you know what a mongrel is?
