To start the flash I used Internet Explorer. Type in you xbox ip addy where you would type a web page. Select flash using internet or somethin like that. Once it loads the yellow bar and green bar. The box will turn off. When you turn it back on switch to bank 2 and well i dont know after that... lol thats where im stuck at now.. When you start, on the flashscreen it should say Flash Bios 1.0.1 i think but once you flash it on back 1, switch to bank 2. It should say Flash Bios 3.0.3

when FlashBIOS boots the easiest is to select 'flash via HTTP'

it should then configure and give you the IP address if you have the network cable connected correctly, then use your PC browser with that IP as the URL, you'll get the flash screen and depending on the size of the flash you choose (it should be a 1 meg with x3294 if you're chip is the X3ce) it'll write it to bank 1+2+3+4 irregardless of what you have the bank select switches set to (you need write protection disabled when flashing) at that point you need to have the bank select set to 1+2+3+4 (on on off off)to boot that flash.

also you need to use the correct version of the flash for the version box you have, v16plus is for 1.6 and later boxes.

when you click A on 'Enable Network Flashing' you should then get a screen that says:

    |nforce|nforce MAC Address 00:XX XX XX (x's replaced with your box's MAC Address)
    100-Mbs Link, Full-Duplex
    TCP/IP initialized.
DHCP IP:192.168.0.xxx/255.255.255.0 (again xxx is dependent on your network)

the 192.168.0.xxx is the URL you'll use in your browser.

@xbox-man i see your constant advertising/spamming for mod services has landed you with a permanent banning :)

just snapped a few quickie shots of the two screens:

i'll grab some screen captures of the rest of the process and post them shortly.

    kc

EDIT: from the above screen you enter that IP address in your browser and get this:
RED text is explanations. (make sure you have write protection turned off)

after hitting Upload and Flash you'll get this screen:

at this point the only visualizations you'll have are from the TV screen and waiting for the XBOX to turn off, when it turns off you can close the browser and your chip is now flashed. when you turn the box back on with the 1+2+3+4 bank selected you should now get the Xecuter Rox My Box logo.

failed usually indicates you've either used a patch cable rather then a cross for a direct connection between box and PC or your router isn't configured correctly (LAN DHCP Server Enabled).
