Flashing green light

    Hey all, i got an xbox from a friend that the green light just flashes when you turn it on and it just sits there, you cant eject dvd, no xbox screen, nothing. any ideas? I do have an extra mod chip but dont want to waste my time if i cant fix it.

    And no Ghost, you cant have it but if your are really good and say your prayers maybe santa will ge you one for xmas

    No, i just have an extra mod chip i can use if i can get it working

    after messing about with it some more i found that if you use the power button the light is solid green but if you push the eject button to turn it on it just flashes.

    this is not modded but would like to if it is not toasted
