i hope you can help me i love this site it is awesome! okay i modded my box with duox-2 worked fine untill one day i messed with the wrong file i guess now i think i tried to backup the harddrive, any how i eventually got a frozen screen so i unplugged xbox DUH so now when it boots up all i get is flashing red light after two seconds of green. no video no sound nothing. i have another modded box that i put xecuter 2 chip in. so i put my hard drive from duox2 in xecuter2 box and it boots fine. but if i put the hard drive from the xecuter2 into the broken xbox it wont boot the broken box. when i put the drive in the xecuter2 box i can access all files and games. can i fix my duox box?
if you can boot up with duox hdd into xecuter box, ftp it, back up the eeprom that is on the hdd and and use xbhdm v1.9 to create a image with that eeprom, then put hdd into pc, just that hdd from the xbox and boot from cd rom... hope this helps a bit!
any way to do this without computer? i only have laptop. oh yeah is ftp, man i feel like the ultimate noob.any way this will wreck my only working box. i understand eeprom files are rather dangerous to be bouncing around. thnx
