Flicking. Dvd player or TV?

    After burning a movie on one of my new DVD+RWs I placed it into my dvd player on my 360. Everything was fine (except the frame rate was a bit low). But when I put it in my dvd recorder I got a constant flickering (very rarely was it not having this flicker). Is this something to do with the DVD or my TV (it is quite old, not sure of its model) or finally, my DVD player? (Panasonic DMR-EZ25)

    I used Nero Vision to burn the disk.

    What movie?

    What is your burn rate? (should NOT exceed 8x)

    What type of blank media are you using?

    Phillips DVD+RW

    Not quite sure on burning speed but I'm confident it's under 8x. How can I find it out?
