I've tried blindwrite and alcohol 120% using alcoholer and on their own, but the 1st disc fails at 30% installation on a .bmp file??
Clony shows 1st disc is the only one out of three to have protewction(safedisc v1) and a-ray the same but safedisk lite, I think third disc has many bad sectors at end of disc though.
CCD runs alright when I mount the image but not on the disc that I burnt?
    Put me right someone please?!?

    - SafeDisc v1 and SafeDisc Lite I believe, are the same thing
    - Although it shouldnt make too big a deal, what model of burner do you have?
    - Did you make the CCD or did you download it? If you made it, just remake it but scan the CD at a slower speed and enable error skipping (to skip the read errors)

    Praetor,
Cheers - I made it myself but never set a drive speed so I'll give it another go.

I prefer, for simplicity, using blindwrite (4.3). Would I have to therefor uncheck adapt speed and set min to 1, max to say - 8 ??

Do I have to burn at the same speed that I got the image at?

    Bingo !
Easy when a genius tells you how!
Did it with Alcohol - read at x 8, burnt at x 8.
    Installs fine, no hiccups.

    Max Payne 2 ?
    (Running out of discs!!!!)
