Followed the instructions but DVD player wouldn't play

I can only play it if I open it as video_ts file.
Other DVD players are purplexed.

 

Is your file structure ok?

ROOT= DISC_TITLE
subfolders:

VIDEO_TS
AUDIO_TS

Did you burn it as a DVD rom and NOT mac HFS or ISO? "GET INFO" on the disc you made and see what format it is and what the file structure is.

If you did all that right, then try a different brand of media and/or a different burn speed.
