Hi everyone, I bought The Foo Fighters latest album and it came with it's own mp3 software cause of the DRM on the disk. The software doesn't rip/work. Just want to put it on my iPod. Any suggestions for an alternative software or how to make theirs work? Thanks a million
Hardly. Maybe if you have two sound cards. Then you can connect sound cards and save reproduced sound on other card.
of course i mean download clonecd (i belive latest version is 5.2.5.1) not the album it works for me on DRM protected crap just rip it to any folder on your drive add it to Itunes manually
just follow the guide for ripping protected CDs with EAC and it will work fine...next time check the stickies... http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/70597
Holding down shift worked but when i ripped it with itunes for my ipod it had tons of skips and repeats. EAC with LAME didn't work either so far. In wave or mp3 i keep getting errors and an estimated time of 24 hrs for it to complete. I'll post late the others i've tried. I found out that the software needs an internet connection to work on the computer. Does anyone know if i register it for my computer can my friend do it on his also. It's his cd and he asked me to help him get it on his iPod. Thanks a million
Sorry, i meant the drm software on the cd needs an internet connection. I used the CloneCD method and it worked. Thanks a million everyone
