I found a site that says how to set up Mac OS X on a usb drive and be able to use it on a pc. ok you can install windows xp media center edition and mac os x on a intel based processor using a hacked version of mac osx and windows xp

you dont need anything hacked for mac os x to run on a mac intel machine. you can use bootcamp or parallel for your xp.
but bootcamps driver disk doesn't work in media center edition that is why you need to install a hacked version
