Formatted emachine xp

Hi. Just formatted a emachine. It has windows xp and the computer is has a widescreen. Is there any ways to adjust the screen resoultion so that it goes to widescreen??

 

Right click on desktop > properties > 'settings' tab and set correct screen resolution.

 

I`ve tried that but nothing fits. Everything looks squished. Any idea????

 

Take a look under "Device Manager" and make sure your video drivers are installed. Might also look for anything else missing drivers.

If they are, they're probably the ones that Windows automatically installed for you. Download the latest drivers for your video graphics and install them, this should get you going.
