lol i had it happen to me twice already within two days the best way to do this if your using halo for what you want to play is 1.to put in your mech or what game start it up from power off 2.it will work then go to run linux 3.after that you must uninstall all softmods which will let you get to your regular ms dash 4.once there remove unleashx or evox whichever one you have from your hdd 5.after this is done you can access xbox live but it wont let you play any maps just let you on easy way to correct this 6.remove all maps and reownload them hopes this helps everyone
Yeah..good plan. remove unleash or evox modded dash files.. Error 16 or 21.. Take no notice of this advice..It's rubbish and will just cause a non booting xbox. Somebody else who knows less than nothing about softmod exploits spouting crap in the xbox forums again. The real way to get back to stock is to use an autoinstaller and do a full format and restore to factory install.
