I am sure it is possiable. But no one has written any software to do so. Off hand, there is only one way that I can think of to defragment an Xbox hard drive. That would be to copy everything off of it, delete every thing on it, and copy everything back. Fundamentally, though, I don't see this making a huge difference in performance and would consume a bunch of time.
