Very new to this. Trying to burn AVI file to DVD+ with Nero6. Everything seems fine, but there's a tiny frame freeze every 1 second approx when played back on DVD player. I've got a new Dell 3.0GHz but only on-board graphics and sound cards at the moment. Could this be the problem? Or Nero6? Or codecs? Just wondering where to look first.

Yes, I have had that same problem. Well that maybe due to your original file. Did you check the fps of ur original file? It should be a high Frame Rate. Even if you convert it at 29.97 fps it won't make a difference because your original file was not of a good quality. Also, it could be due to your converter I am not sure. Which Converter did you use? Anyways you can't fix that problem unless your original file has a good Frame Rate.
