Free image editor

I would like some opinions, What you think is best. irfanview, faststone , or paint.net

 

personally
if your looking for a free image editing program you could download GIMP.
it is basically photoshop with a less fancy layout and less capabilities. although for a free program a very good find

Yes, you can easily obtain Photoshop for free, but it's definitely not legal...
