Be careful with the rebates! I work in a rebate center, and you wouldnt believe the 100's of ways you can loose your rebate. My advice is: 1) Make copies of everything, and keep it in a safe place 2) Notate the 1800# for the rebate department, and call once a month. With cell phone rebates the offer closes after 5-6 months, and they can not give you the rebate 3) Triple check all your info b4 submitting 4) If you have any questions, call the center. If you call and the CSR sounds like an idiot, call back. You are probly getting the wrong info. Just my two cents. You wouldnt believe how much companies save every year with rebates
not always! I bought my macbook last year when they had the same deal, I sent out all the rebates and never got my money back. I had to bitch with apple for months and months (i believe 7 to be exact) until finally I caught a break. I needed to buy a MacPro for video editing at a studio (my 5th Mac computer, all bought from apple.com), and I told them if I didnt get my rebate for the nano, i will take my business elsewhere! lol, I didnt think that would work, but they took approx 180 dollars off my total bill, straight up! it was sweet, but definitely not worth the hassle, shoulda gotten it the first time... Anyway, follow the advice above and you should be good 2 go, they are USUALLY good about rebates
I was at the Apple store and they are doing the Nano as an Instant rebate... Same with the Printer...
From what i've seem been a student gives out alot of benefits with apple BUT, I live in Puerto Rico so this doesn't apply to me, that definitely sucks
