What I'm wondering is if anyone knows of freeware to create a menu for an existing VIDEO_TS folder that has no menu. I have several authoring tools that author the DVD well enough but I'd like something that would make boilerplate menus, such as an image button for each title, very easy. Nero Burning Rom had such a thing for creating quasi-menus for VCD with a slider that let you select the image and button templates so that you didn't have to drop a button on background, resize, position etc.. All the freeware tools I've been able to find want to do the menu creation as part of the authoring with no option to import an already built VIDEO_TS for modifications.
