Frequency for certain channels on eurovox max v

Hello

I am having trouble finding channels bbc3 and bbc 4 in particular.

can anyone tell me the frequecny these channels are on.


any help greatly appleciated

 

scan after at 7 in the evening, as the dont broadcast during the day and wont pick them up, just do a powerscan and they will come in

 

spot on that was mate it worked.

shame all the channels have now gone

 

Ok....so I done the above and it worked. But a couple of days later all of my channels were off so I got someone to update it with firmware so it updates itself.

Again BBC 3 and BB4 missing now...so I went to run a powerscan ...however this option is not available no more. I only have 'fast install' and 'deep scan' since the update.

Deep scan said it takes up to 2 hours so I done fast install.

Now all of my favourites and everything have gone which took me hours to sort out! should I have done deep scan or is there no way of keeping all of my favourites if one of my channels goes off?
