Frozen Roms problems

Hi, Could any body help me!!!! When i download a game to my DS from frozen-roms a message comes up saying my DS can't read the game data. I have downloaded other games with no problems, this has only started happening recently

What flash cart do you have? M3 or R4? Make sure you have the latest firmware update.

 

I'm using a R4 cart, do you know where i can get the latest firmware update from
