Hi just a quick question. anyone know how to use the ftp client on the xbox to transfer files from one xbox to another xbox without having to use a computer ? is this possible ? anyways thought i would ask. I have a xbox modded with the Evo X and it has Media Center loaded onto it. both boxes are modded the same.
Do you have a file manager ex. boxplorer ?and are u using a crossover cable??Do you each have differenr i.p.#'s ??
If that doesnt work, you could ftp both xbox's to one computer and transfer files(If your computer has 2 ethernet Ports)
lmao..ya use xbox ftp, use ur crossover cable, plug them in, and tell the one xbox to connect to the ip of another xbox. better yet, go to xbox-scene.com and use the tutorial.
thanks for the help. I did assign different ip numbers to the boxes but when i asked one xbox to "connect" to server and entered the IP address it wasn't the one showing when it executed the attempt. anyways i'll check xboxscene and see if i can find the tutorial.
