FTP Moving too slowly?

    My FTP upload speed (from pc to xbox) is only about 30-40kb/second. Is there a way to up the speed on this?

    I use coffeecupftp (a free program) and transfer at 2 - 4 Mbps. Try thst program. It's free.

    i tried that coffeecupftp program but it did not work for me it transferred the files but there all 0 bytes i am using flash fxp works fine but my transfer is about 700kb on large files is this good, and is this the program coffeecupftp http://www.coffeecup.com/

    No, honestly 700kb/s is craptastic. You should be getting min 5MB/s but up to nearly 10MB/s depending on what you are transfering. Large files should move the fastest.

    duh am new to this !i was using 10mbps card not a 10/100 its now flying at 5 to 7 megs a sec
