    ok change your settings on your pc

    this is how you do it for windows xp
    -connect your xbox wires then start xbox
    -go to my network places
    -click view network connections
    -click local area connection
    -click internet protocol(TCP/IP) (its in a box)
    -click use following ip address
    -type in 192.168.100.17 (yes 17 not 10)
    -fill in subnet mask(should do automatiacally as soon as you click it)
    -leave default gateway blank
    -click OK, it will save your settings(takes a couple of secs)

    now open up flash fxp
    type your ip 192.168.100.10 (yes 10 not 17)
    user=xbox
    pass=xbox

    now click connect, that will have solved ya prob :)
