ok first of all the IP on the Xbox has to match the IP on Flash FXP i was also wondering how you are connecting to your xbox through a router or are u using a crossover cable???if you are using a router set your ip settings to DHCP and it will give you an IP Enter that same IP it gives you into Flash FXP.
if you are using a crossover cable then you will have to set-up a network on your computer and turn internet connectiong sharing on.....

there are at least 3 tutorials there on how to FTP
There are a few factors to be worked out before it will work.
    1. having the connect on the PC set up correctly
    2. having the Xbox setting correct
    3. having the right cable, like a crossover cable in my case.
    4. sometime you need to set the PC connection up for Network Sharing which there is also a tutorial on.
They guys there had me FTP'ing in a matter of just a few days when i first got my Xbox.

oh, and also on the main page there is a live chat feature, if someone with an Xbox is in there they may be able to walk you through some of it in real time. Xtreme-Source.com also has live chat with some very savy Xbox people.
