Ok, I modded my Xbox and has evox bios and is running evolution X, when I try making a backup of one of my games by xfering to my laptop. Everything works fine and then all of a sudden the xfer speed drops to like 3k a sec almost like it is getting major collission on the router(Although router looks fine). Anyone else experience this, thanks in advance

I have experienced this but only with my Windows XP machines. When I use my Windows 2000 machines things are just zippy.

Because XP Home is not that great when i comes to networking. Do you have any firewalls, or anything like that, cause that could slow it down. Also, how many other PCs are running on the router while you are doing this?

Yeah, I network our building and I know the limitations of XP home, however this should have nothing to do with the amount of data transferred. There are 4 machines(1 being xbox) running on the router, from observing the router collissions are minimal and no were NEAR enough to practically stop xfers all together. The only thing I can think is there mioght be limitations of the trial version of FlashXP. Is that so?
