full video plays for 15 seconds, then stops.

    I tried playing a movie, i opened it and everything was fine, until is stopped 15 seconds into the movie. I have tried playing it in diff. programs, this doesnt help. I know i have the whole video, so thats why I am wondering why it only plays for 15 seconds?

    We need a lot more info than that. Like is it a burned movie, and if so, what program was used to burn it and on what media.

    it was downloaded, i havent touched it yet, i just tried to watch it. When i opened with virutal dub, it said
    "index missing"

    What does that mean?

    Well, since it was downloaded, there could be tons of things wrong with it. Probably just a bad file.

    oka, i have another problem with another file


    I can watch it but every time i try to convert it to a vcd, with TMPGEnc, an error message pop us right when i choose the movie from browse...video source.Why is this?
