gamertag help

    i have a soft modded xobx with unleash X and a 300 gig hdd. i have a gamertag on my mem card and how do i get this to the xbox hdd so i can use it without always having to have a mem card thanx....this is probally a very nooby question too and i cant figure it out

    Try using the copy funcion under the memory menu on the MS Dashboard
    see if that works. I know that is how you can get a game save off a memory card.

    im am having problems trying to launch my msdash what folder is the one i am suppose to launch?

    try this, turn off the Xbox and then instead of pressing the on button to turn it back on, press the eject button.
    That is how mine works and it boots up to the MS Dash instead of the EvoX dash.

    Not sure where your MS Dash is, all depends on how the sofmod works
    It could be in your Apps folder either in the E: or F: folder
