my xbox hardrive recently went dead so i had to get it repaired, but i had a really good xbox live gamertag on it and i do not want to create a new gamertag. when i get xbox back,with a new hard drive and motherboard,how do i get my old gamertag back? note:the xbox is not and never modded.
On the menu go to xbox live. Then look for something like Gamer Tag recovery or something like that. Fill in all of the info required and viola! Done! P.S. Get a mod in your xbox! Or softmod it for free!
Yes its possible to go on xbox live, but don'y, you'll get banned. But you can use XBConnect. Theres some links around this forum, or you can google it. PM me and I'll walk you through the softmod.
