Okay so heres the dael ive got the UnleashX dashboard on the xbox but first im wondering how the hell you get games on the hard drive, and second ... how the hell do you FTP: ive tried reading the instructions but i cant get it to connect. Cheers Oakley28
to download games onto your hdd just put the game in the disc tray go to applications select dvd2xbox press copy game to hdd...or something like that and then it will start copying make sure you have enough space though [bold]How to Ftp[/bold] download FlashFxp if your xbox is connected to a rouder then... go to settings then network then change type to DHCP if your xbox is connected to your pc leave it as Static then open flashfxp at the top of the screen there should be a lightning bolt symbol click it then select quick connect in server or url box put your ip, it's at the bottom right hand of your xbox screen the for username and password type xbox...those are the default settings then just drag and drop the files pc is left side of screen xbox is right side of screen hope that helps if you have anymore questions just ask me
no cant get it to work. I have the dvd2xbox program but when i put it on cd the xbox doesnt recognise the cd. I was told to put all the folders onto a cd then onto the hard drive but it isnt working, could anyone help??
not all xboxs can read burnt cds and dvds, i thought you meant you wanted to copy an xbox game or a dvd that you owned onto your xbox.
i agree, go with a DVD-R disc Burn the game as an ISO file (created using Craxtion4 or Qwix) then just use DVD2Xbox to copy that to your games from the DVD to your games folder on the HDD Never tried doing it as game folders on a DVD because if you burn it as an ISO you can test the game from the DVD to make sure it works before you copy it.
