It will not show any virtual drives available. Even in the box, it just shows "0", with no other choices. Is there a program to run to remedy this?

Sorry about that. I couldn't find the first one. I did download the latest one, and now it doesn't run at all. It's almost funny, isn't it? After double clicking, the system just shows the hour glass, then nothing. The task manager shows "not responding". Any more ideas, guys?
