I play WoW and Team Fortress 2 and shortly after entering either game the program will crash. It seems to be more likely to occur in busy environments i.e. a populated area and I am in dire need for a pro troubleshooter to help me.

Ive been in contact with Blizzard support and the latest from them is the Voltage of the RAM is different than what the BIOS says:

    From GPU-Z Report:

    Voltage 1 1.18 Volts [0x4A] (VIN1)

    DIMM # 1
    SMBus address 0x50
    Memory type DDR2
    Module format Regular UDIMM
    Manufacturer (ID) PNY Electronics (7FBA000000000000)
    Size 2048 MBytes
    Max bandwidth PC2-6400 (400 MHz)
    Part number
    Number of banks 2
    Data width 64 bits
    Correction None
    Nominal Voltage 1.80 Volts

    >>> "Based on the text file you sent me (see above), your RAM is showing that it's
    >>> operating at 1.18 Volts, which is *significantly* lower than its required
    >>> nominal voltage. This means the memory voltage needs to be adjusted within
    >>> the system BIOS to 1.8 Volts."

so i have looked in the bios the overvoltage is set to 1.95v under RAM. Also I have increased that number to 2.35 and several intervals in between yet the same crash occurs.

here is a picture of the error in wow:

If you could help me fix this problem I would be really, really happy.

ram: pny 2 gig ddr2 ram x2 sticks
    cpu: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2 CPUs), ~3.1GHz

    fixes i have tried:
deleted wtf and cache files in wow directory
    - no addons are running or installed in wow
    - turned the in game sound off
    - turned the in game graphics all the way down, still crashes, and also crashes in windowed or fullscreen mode
    - it also crashes on multiple characters
    - replaced old ram (corsair 2gig ddr2 x2 sticks) with new ram (pny 2gig ddr2 x2 sticks)
    - replaced old gpu (nvidia 8800gts 320) with newer but used gpu (nvidia 8800gts 640 <- i forget the exact number)
    - reinstalled windows 7 on a newer, larger hard drive (windows 7 x64)
    - physically cleaned out inside of pc
    - reinstalled world of warcraft (downloaded from web, not the cd)
    - run a virus scan before and after i reinstalled windows 7 (avg and microsoft) and they both came up clean
    - installed zone alarm firewall program which runs while in game
    - crashes with both directx9 and directx11 enabled
    - updated all drivers (mobo, gpu, lan card, sound) still crashes (but not bios driver?)
    - reset user options in wow
    - ran a memtester on old ram (came up with a few errors, but i have since replaced the ram)
    - ambient occlusion is turned off in my nvidia settings under wow
-changed ram voltage settings in bios
    -updated new bios drivers
