Gaming laptop recomendation

    I'd stick with Dell, I've seen the M1730's predecessor in action, the 1710 and it's fabulous. Dell's warranty service team are good too, and I STRONGLY recommend you get a 3 year warranty with a gaming laptop, nvidia's mobile graphics cards don't have a very long lifespan, and ATI just don't make gaming grade laptop graphics.

    For your info, that exact laptop can run Crysis Warhead at 1920x1200 with good detail settings at 35fps.

    yar go 4 the dell, i am typing this on the m1530 and that is very good perf/price wise cant fault it. though i would definatley ring them up and barter with them to get a better config for that price or make it cheaper/ get sum free stuff. i did that with this laptop and got it for £600 ($1,103) and on the web its still £729 ($1340) and that was months ago....
