Hi there,i no another thread asking for help on a gaming pc budget. Now i have been led too believe that building your own pc is far more cheaper than buying a pre-built one. So on that basis i am going to tackle it myself. I am a guy though who gets confused wireing a plug together so it might take me longer than i think. i have no idea what case,cpu mobo grahis cards ect to get so hopefully this is where i will get the help. I am from the uk(if that makes any odds) and my price range would preferably be around £600-£700 inc monitor. Id like the pc to be able too play the most recent games(if at all possible) and just to be a bit of an all good rounder. Thanks for reading and especially to sammorris who i chatted with before and who will perhaps put me on the route to my affordable pc.

your a good man. So basically if i go ahead and purchase the named goods it will be easy enough to assemble and i will have a half decent computer? And also is this just a matter of clicking things into position or is there a bit more to it than that,and i take it the components can be upgraded if i would wish to do so in the futre?
I have that exact ram and even though it has loose timing i haven't been dissapointed with it at all. Just make sure that when you plug in your ram that you put them in the right slots. The motherboard has 2x2 slots (Let's call them AB CD). In order for the memory to be running in dual mode rather than single mode plug the two chips into slot A and C, not A and B.
Basically yes, custom built PCs like this have far more upgrade ability than prebuilt ones. That's a decent gaming PC build which will last you a reasonable amount of time before it needs upgrading to play games.
