What does it mean when a web site is not displaying the images? In other words, the image boxes have a red "X" in them.

It means Internet Explorer couldn't load the images for some reason. The most common reason is the images weren't in the location that the HTML/CSS/PHP said they were in, kind of like a 404 error on a website when you enter the wrong address is the address bar.

I thought that those "x's were something to do with the security settings, but I could be wrong!

I contacted the website where I was having the problem and they said they were able to view it. I figured it was something with my computer settings, however, I don't have an idea what setting it would be.

"It means Internet Explorer couldn't load the images for some reason. "

Some reason could be security settings on the local computer that won't let the images load.

    =)
