i had a worm a while ago and it was infecting all my genictic volume level things and now hardly any volume come on i got rid of the worm but the volume files too now almost no volume comes on and yet it sounds normal in internet music (like the annoying runescape song) can sum1 plez help
also i just tried formating my hd but it says iit dosent let me becuse there are programs accesing the area and i cant find the open programs where should i look
