Genuine starview v1 no power

Hello there,

I got a starview v1 (Genuine 25x7 vents). The box do not power up. I got help from some other furum asking me to check the fuse, jtag the box....etc

My box hasn't got any tjag point. I wondering if someone out there could help me sort out this problem.

My box hasn't got the 20 pins tjag point. I have tried before replace the c11 cap but no luck. ..any help will be appreciate
