getting back whats mine

hey guys, i just need some advice on getting back something. You see a while ago i worked at mcidie's for the summer and had an i guess you could call "aquentince" (dont know if i spelled that right) who wanted to buy my limited edition white psp (import from japan). so since i worked with him i said he could pay me like 30 dollars a month (since he lived off welfare) and would start paying me as soon as possible. Everythiong was going great until he got pissed of and almost pushed me into the grill (my manager was right next to me so i didnt do anything) and later he got fired. Now he hasnt called me or nothin and i lost his phone number. he goes to my school but tommorows our last day before christmas break. I tried talking to him but he just says "he forgot" im gettin pretty pissed off and thinking the only action is to jump him or somthin. anyway what do you think i should do? his name is keith marsh, i believe ,yet i cant find him on the white pages
since he lives with another relative. can you supersmart people do some backround checks for me? lol thanx all

As for what to do, this sounds completely geeky/nerdy, but I'd tell one of your teachers/headmaster (or "principle"; whatever you yanks call them ) and then if nothing comes of it they can contact the police with his details etc.

lol yeah i threw the"jump him" part in for shitz and giggles but i mean i would talk to one of the teaches or somthin but they re really busy and ive only got one more day left in school tommorow so i dunno but id really just rather call him cuz his grandma is like abusive. do you have any of this stuff in writting? if so you could go to the cops and get your stuff back, if you don't have like a pice of paper where he signed where he said he would like pay so much a month, it would be hard to prove
