Ok ive got one of the later versions of evox on mmy xbox with an upgraded 80 gb drive. Before I get into this I would like to make very clear that my goal is not to play on XBL with mods or anything like that, I just want to play on XBL and if possible with the games that are currently on my HD (yes I own them they jsut run faster and theirs no disc swapping this way). So the evox team has done a lot to prevent you from getting onto xbox live with a modded dash. I currently do not own a copy of mech assualt or any other exploitable games. I have full ftp access to my xbox and a working xbl account. So if someone could pm me or post here or email me if you really want to (edit). Just some intructions of a program of some kind thanx in advance.
it is impossible to get on xbl live with a modded dash in use. you have to restore your dash to the original m$ one, therefor it is also impossible to play games off your hd on xbl, [bold] dont be so newbish [/bold] every modder in forum knows that at least. And please lets have no other newbies coming in here to tell me its possible becuase even if it is, you [bold] will be banned [/bold].
yea , there is no way to get online with a modded dash or to play games off of your HDD , and even if there was - why would you - to cheat?
If i change my hdd to put games and stuff on it then if i put my old normal xbox hard drive back in th xbox coul i get on live then?
Hmm ok I just wanted to play my 'backed up' games on line if you know what I mean. But i bough mech assault of ebay so if i wanted to mod on live i can shut softmods off and just have modded maps but i wont do that becuase i get banned hcore from live
bungie are the people that do the banning, and they alert m$, so even if u uninstall the softmod and then mod on halo 2 you will still be banned, and about the hard drives, you can be banned by multiple things like credit card number(you could use another) or your hdd serial number or even your house address, so if you keep offedning you will be ultimately banned in the end.
