getting software

    if i were to download an o.s
    would anybody on here recomend that or shoudl i just do the whole thing legitametly???? what would be the best advice that you could give

    Again, we won't help you get anything illegally - warez related, p2p, etc. However, we can take advantage of this. I'm not sure, but if you still can get a copy of Windows 7, you'll be in more of a treat than those running Vista or XP, both which cost a whole lot, unless you get it on eBay or something.

    There are also many alternative OSes that you can get for free, or at minimal charges, most of which are shipping charges, that you can just download - all the same.

    The Linux/Unix Family of OSes. Ubuntu? There are so many. You do the research... HAHA. - I should so some too =P

    Anyways, that's really all I can help you. That's all I can think of!

    The Windows 7 beta download period is already over. If you can borrow a legit vista DVD from a friend, you can use vista free for 120 days.
