Glasgow area

Can you please help what is the best box to get for the glasgow area and do you have to it connected to the internet all the time

 

if its for cable a kryptview A780 and yer it need the net all the time
if sky the prob a dreambox but i dont really know that hardware at all
check throu the forums to find a better answer
me i have starview HD combo which does cable and sky but that along wae the starview 6 has server probs were ya can lose some channels but i can live wae it

 

@ []v[] have you been getting any problems with the server as of late?

 

yer i dont get any HD movies or sports no stv hd, syfi hd, e4 hd, any fiver and a few more thats all the time but theres times were i just get the freeview channels for a few hours annoying when yer really watching sommit and ya never see the end

 

Have you tried with the latest firmware
Or with different firmware, As its not always the server,
ok 90% of time it is
