hi does anyone know anything about google desktop? when i leave my computer alone for a while google desktop keeps poping on top of other programs and its really annoying also when i start google desktop up a popup comes up called a Just-In-Time Debugging. it tells me to select a debugger and the only de bugger is "New Instance of Microsoft Script editor" but when i sellect it Microsoft Script editor comes up but nthing happens. What should i do
Have heard of the Google desktop/toolbar. Never used it though. Sounds as if it is behaving like spyware. I would get rid of it. As another question, what is doing for you? I mean if does nothing special that you could not have done normally ... again, I would send it on it's way out.
well i got rid of the Microsoft Script editor that was because of one of the gadgets i was using so i took that off but then is still keeps poping ontop of my other windows. o and rulisky i use it for email, pictures, calendar, bittorrent searches, driving directions and itunes. and for my laptop i also use it for battery meter, and wireless signal strength
Sounds like it is useful to you. That strange behavior on its part would cause me to wonder. Don't really have any other thoughts regarding it due to my non-use of it. Good luck.
