going over 700mb

    Is it possible to go into the red a little on a 700mb cd-r (data) eg.up to 7 mb? and the disk still work? im thinking of avi files here.

    You could use a movie editing program to edit the movie...but under no circumstances can a CD hold more than 700 MB, it's just not built for it.

    If you have Nero, you can try to overburn.

    CD-R´s have often 5-10MB more space than what it says in lable.

    don't beleive these two. When I burn dreamcast games, the cd image files are usually between 750 and 850 megs large. And they always burn fine.

    or you can just use 90 minute/800MB CD-Rs. the only place I know to get them is allmediaoutlet.com
