Whats the best program that i can use on my computer so i can block programs from being used. So that they wont accendently get clicked and opened. But are avaliable when i need them. Like a parental control but for programs.
Just make a different user account so certain files and programs are restricted. Exactly, just like an admin or maybe a latino209 account and then another monitored account.
